Seems simple: dodge the green/blue squares for as long as possible. Not for long! Move around with your mouse. Increase your score multiplier by hanging close to the other squares, and grab the heart squares for a new life.

Hold down the mouse button to use bullettime – which becomes pretty helpful later on.
