If the bullets/rockets from the enemies hit the train you lose strength. If the strength becomes zero the game ends.
Drag the mouse to aim, and click the mouse to shoot at the enemies. If the bullets from the train hit the enemies you score points. The aim of the game is to get maximum score before your strength becomes zero.
